ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

To own and drive the Asset Cross-Sell business for the assigned region by delivering disbursement targets across retail asset products through the Branch Banking channel. The role is responsible for regional business planning and execution, sales strategy, campaign and contest management, stakeholder engagement, performance governance and execution of strategic initiatives to maximize business growth. The role also drives relationship deepening by ensuring customers acquired through Asset Cross-Sell are effectively cross-sold Liability Products, Third Party Products (TPP), Digital Banking and other relevant Bank offerings.

Responsible for delivering annual Asset Cross-Sell disbursements of 750+ Crore for the assigned region.

Drive business across 170+ Branches in the assigned region

Drive business across Home Loans (Affordable Housing, Prime Home Loan & Micro Mortgage), MSME (LAP & Working Capital), Gold Loans, Agri Loans, Vehicle Finance (Two-Wheeler & Used Car Loans) and Credit Cards.

Govern an annual lead funnel of approximate 1,00,000+ customer leads through Branch Banking and regional business initiatives.

What you'll bring

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Economics or related subjects with good analytical and sales skills to be considered. MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in Retail Banking with exposure to Branch Banking, Asset Business, Sales Management
Certifications
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of Retail Asset, Liability and Third-Party Products.
Regional business planning, sales management, campaign execution and performance governance.
Strong analytical and MIS interpretation skills.
Understanding of Credit, Operations and Retail Banking processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and business reporting tools.
