Associate Product Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Own product features and roadmap initiatives across Payment Gateway (PG), QR Payments and POS solutions.
• Understand merchant and customer requirements and translate them into PRDs, user stories and functional specifications.
• Improve payment journeys, including merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, transaction status, refunds, settlements and reconciliation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA and business teams to deliver features from planning through launch.
• Manage integrations with banks, payment networks, processors and other technology partners.
• Track product performance using metrics such as transaction success rate, payment conversion, adoption, failure rates and merchant experience.
• Analyse product data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and prioritise features.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance and operations teams to support secure and compliant payment experiences.
• Manage production issues and work with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Track competitors and payment industry trends to identify new product opportunities.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Product Management (APM: 1–3 years; PM: 3–5 years).
• Relevant hands-on product experience in Payment Gateway (PG), QR Payments or POS is mandatory.
• Experience working on payment products, merchant payment acceptance or payment processing solutions.
• Pay: ₹782,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
