Associate Product Manager – B2B SaaS / AI & Automation

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyse workflows, and translate business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and business teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Use SQL and product analytics to identify bottlenecks, track adoption, and measure feature performance.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, releases, and continuous product improvement.
• Define success metrics for product features, including adoption, accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer impact.
• ### Required Skillset
• *Experience:** 3-4+ years relevant exp, with meaningful Product Management experience.
• *Domain:** B2B SaaS, e-commerce, logistics-tech, or supply-chain technology.
• *Product Ownership:** Proven experience managing features or modules from discovery through launch and optimisation.
