Associate Product Manager CarTrade Tech

About the role

What you'll do

• We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and improve digital auto finance products across customer, dealer and automotive OEM platforms.
• You will work closely with the Auto Finance Product Lead, engineering, design, QA, business teams and external partners to deliver intuitive financing journeys and reliable lender integrations. The role involves taking ownership of assigned features; from understanding user needs and documenting requirements to coordinating development, validating releases and measuring outcomes.
• Understand customer, dealer, lender and business needs through stakeholder discussions, user feedback, funnel analysis and competitor research.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to simplify customer and dealer financing journeys across websites, mobile apps and OEM platforms.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes covering lead capture, eligibility checks, lender offers, loan applications, document submission and status tracking.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, OEMs and technology partners to clarify requirements and deliver integrations.
• Maintain product documentation, communicate progress and risks, and support operational readiness through demonstrations and stakeholder training.
