Associate Product Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Support the Principal PM for Data & Interoperability in managing specifications, testing, and documentation for data services and integration products.
• Write detailed technical specifications, API documentation, and data flow diagrams for integration features.
• ¢ Conduct validation testing for FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, and data exchange workflows.
• ¢ Support data preparation and organization efforts that enable AI initiatives across the product portfolio including data cataloging, quality auditing, and ensuring datasets are structured and accessible for machine learning workloads.
• ¢ Monitor data quality metrics and integration health dashboards, escalating issues proactively.
• ¢ Coordinate with engineering teams on integration testing, partner onboarding, and data migration activities.
• ¢ Maintain documentation for interoperability standards compliance, certification requirements, and partner integrations.
• ¢ Analyze usage data for data services and APIs to identify adoption patterns and improvement areas.
• ¢ Build Proof of Concept with help of Integration engines for developing API as part of healthcare data exchange.

What you'll bring

• ¢ Overall years of experience 5+ with (1 to 3 years of experience in product management), technical writing, business analysis, or a data/integration-focused role.
• ¢ Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, CCDA, FHIR, EDI -X12 (Eligibility and Claims management) or API-based integrations.
• ¢ Experience with one of the healthcare integration engines like Mirth/Rhapsody/Cloverleaf/IRIS/Bridgegate Vorro
• ¢ Strong technical aptitude and comfort reading API documentation and data schemas.
• ¢ Interest in AI/ML concepts and how well-organized data powers intelligent product features.
• ¢ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies &
• ¢ Strong experience and SQL and Database.
• ¢ Excellent written skills and communication skills, particularly for technical documentation.
