• Role Overview*
• We are looking for a hands-on *Associate Product Manager* to manage platform operations, translate business requirements into actionable tasks, coordinate engineers, and ensure reliable feature delivery.

What you'll bring

• Work directly with the Founder to clarify business requirements and agree priorities.
• Translate ideas into user stories, workflow descriptions, business rules, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Maintain an organized product backlog with clear scope, ownership, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Identify gaps and usability problems; recommend practical improvements.
• Escalate decisions affecting scope, cost, priorities, or delivery commitments to the Founder.
• 4. Engineer Coordination & Delivery Planning*
• Coordinate day-to-day work with a small team of platform engineers.
• Ensure engineers have complete requirements and clearly defined expected outcomes.
• Run brief progress reviews, track blockers, and verify completed work.
• Maintain rolling *1-week, 2-week, and 1-month look-ahead schedules*.
• Provide the Founder with a concise weekly update covering delivery progress, outstanding defects, risks, and decisions required.
