• Purpose of the role:
• We are looking for a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of our Ngage CPaaS platform into a next-gen, AI-first customer engagement suite. This role will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution across Messaging, Voice, OTT channels (WhatsApp, RBM, etc.), and emerging conversational AI capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from leading CPaaS players and has a strong track record of scaling platforms, driving innovation, and building high-performing product teams.

• Key Accountabilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Ngage CPaaS.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RBM, Email, Video).
• Prioritize features based on market demand, revenue impact, and competitive positioning.
• Align roadmap with enterprise customer needs across key verticals (BFSI, Retail, Logistics) AI & Platform. Innovation Lead AI infusion across the platform:
• Conversational AI (LLM-powered chatbots, copilots).
