Founding Product Manager

What you'll do

• We’re hiring a Product Manager who wants to build, not just manage. At Trupeer, product is at the core of everything we do. This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with founders to own the product lifecycle end to end - discover, build, test and distribute. If you’re someone who enjoys structured roadmaps, long planning cycles, and delegation, this role is not for you.
• Own product problems end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping, scaling and taking solutions to end users.
• Operate with extreme speed: weekly shipping > perfect planning
• Use AI tools aggressively to prototype, validate, and move faster than traditional teams
• Work hands-on across design (Figma), analytics, and product workflows
• Scope new features and improvements by collecting insights across customers, usage data and market landscape
• Run experiments, iterate fast, and drive measurable impact on core product metrics
• Collaborate deeply with engineering and founders: no silos, no handoffs

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of experience building products, preferably in early-stage startups
• Strong bias for action and ownership: you don’t wait, you build
• Comfortable getting your hands dirty: design, analytics, execution
• Experience with tools: Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Linear / Jira
• Experience with B2B products is a strong plus but not mandatory
• Ability to think from first principles and solve ambiguous problems
• High agency, high curiosity, and a strong sense of urgency
