Lead Product Owner with Corporate Actions_ Exp: 8+ Years

8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / within financial services.

Strong hands-on experience in the Corporate Actions domain.

Experience working with capital markets, securities processing, asset servicing, or investment banking platforms.

Strong understanding of Corporate Action lifecycle and downstream impacts on securities and accounts.

Experience creating and managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.

Strong experience writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to work effectively with technology, operations, product, and business teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data analysis.

Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools.

Exposure to regulatory and market-practice requirements related to Corporate Actions.
