What you'll do

• N+ is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of its certification-aligned learning portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining learning products, launching new certification pathways, and improving learner outcomes across AI, Microsoft, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and emerging technology domains.
• The ideal candidate combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of professional learning, certification ecosystems, workforce upskilling trends, and instructional design principles. The focus is on creating high-impact learning experiences that drive learner engagement, course completion, certification success, and business growth.
• Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products from ideation through retirement.
• Build and execute a certification and learning portfolio roadmap aligned with market demand.
• Identify emerging technology trends, skills gaps, and certification opportunities.
• Define learning pathways for AI, Microsoft, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and professional skills.
• Prioritize new course launches based on learner demand, business goals, and competitive analysis
• Learning Product Development
• Partner with SMEs, instructional designers, trainers, content creators, and certification bodies.
• Translate industry certifications into structured learning journeys.
• Define course scope, learning outcomes, assessments, labs, projects, and credentialing requirements.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, Product Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years in EdTech, Learning & Development, Certification, Professional Training, or Workforce Learning.
• Experience building learning products, certification programs, or digital learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, Microsoft, Data, Cybersecurity, or professional skills training markets.
• Experience using learner analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Product management certification.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model).
• Experience in subscription-based learning businesses.
• Knowledge of enterprise upskilling and reskilling programs.
