Non-Labor Product Manager, Reporting

What you'll do

Lead knowledge transfer, dual-run, and stabilization of the expense processes transitioning to PFI Innovation Centre India, stabilizing, and continuously improving.
Own the forecasting model and reporting tools for the expense category, building quarterly forecasts and delivering quarterly management reporting, overseeing forecast quality, planning assumptions, financial controls, and variance analysis.
Provide real estate and lease-accounting judgment to support accurate planning and financial reporting.
Analyze category performance, key variances, and risks, translating findings into management insights.
Partner with Newark Expense Management and respective product teams to clearly document requirements and ensure accurate, timely and complete financials.
Serve as data domain owner for Non-Labor Technology and Properties and Other expense data, ensuring data quality, consistent definitions, and governance.
Drive reporting standardization, stronger governance, and continuous improvement across non-labor expense processes.
Gather end-user feedback to prioritize and implement enhancements to expense planning and reporting.
What you will bring:
Experience in properties, facilities, occupancy, and Non-Labor Technology expense management, including planning and forecasting.
Strong financial reporting, expense analytics, and variance-analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of financial controls, governance, and data-quality practices.
