About the role

Role Objective*

The *Deputy Vice President (DVP) – Strategic Product Core* is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and driving the foundational product ecosystem of the firm. You will oversee the "Core" product suite—including the trading engine interface, risk management integration, clearing/settlement workflows, and regulatory technology—ensuring the platform is scalable, resilient, and offers a superior execution experience for retail and institutional clients.

What you'll do

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap*
Develop and execute a long-term vision for the core brokerage engine, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
Identify market trends in the fintech and broking space (e.g., fractional investing, zero-latency execution, AI-driven insights) to maintain a competitive edge.
Prioritize features based on ROI, client feedback, and infrastructure requirements.
2. Execution & Platform Excellence*
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core trading products, from order management systems (OMS) to back-office integration.
Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure *99.9% platform uptime* and seamless order execution during peak market volatility.
Optimize the "Order-to-Settlement" flow to reduce latency and improve capital efficiency for the user.
3. Stakeholder & Regulatory Management*
Work closely with the *Compliance and Risk* teams to ensure all product features adhere to SEBI/Exchange guidelines and internal risk mandates.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and technical teams to translate market needs into functional requirements.
