Product Management Intern – AI Products

About the role

What you'll do

• 0-to-1 & 1-to-N Execution: Take AI product initiatives from initial ideation and spec writing all the way to launch.
• Product Documentation: Write clear PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria for AI/LLM-powered features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features on time.
• Product Analytics: Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve features.
• Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Help assess third-party AI vendors (LLM providers, voice/avatar platforms) on latency, cost, and integration fit.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support data-privacy workstreams where AI intersects with regulations like the DPDP Act.
• Stakeholder Management: Prepare internal decks and updates on product milestones.

What you'll bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A strong product mindset—you think about why we’re building, for whom, and why now.
• Excellent written communication skills for writing clear documentation and specs.
• Basic understanding of how LLMs and AI products work (prompting, APIs, evaluation) is a plus.
• Prior PM internship or product-adjacent project experience is preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to work from NCR (Noida).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for rapid research and prototyping.
• Basic exposure to SQL, A/B testing, or product analytics tools.
• A portfolio of side projects, case studies, or product teardowns.
