You will drive engagement with customers and stakeholders and partner with agile, multi-functional global development teams to deliver outcomes. What you'll do

Contribute to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business, customer, and team objectives.
Lead discovery through stakeholder engagement and user research.
Turn business, user, and control needs into product requirements, specifications, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with agile development teams to manage backlogs, plan releases, resolve dependencies, and deliver features.
Define and track measures for adoption, customer experience, quality, delivery, and operational outcomes.
Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Build customer and partner relationships to validate priorities, gather feedback, and improve the product experience.
Identify opportunities to apply generative-AI and agent-based workflows across customer experiences, product capabilities, and delivery workflows.
Lead assigned programs across teams and departments.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or application capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

Understanding of financial-services controls, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements affecting digital communications.
Ability to define application programming interfaces, integrations, and developer-facing product capabilities.
Experience with communication platforms or compliant recording and governance for digital communications, such as NICE, Verint, Dubber, Smarsh, Global Relay, Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint.
