Role Summary

Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for the BEE portfolio. Drive customer-centric outcomes by partnering with business, technology, design, and operations teams to deliver high-value digital experiences.

What you'll do

Product Strategy & Vision
Translate business strategy into product strategy and execution plans.
Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth initiatives.
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through launch.
Write and refine high-level business and product requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, manage dependencies partner teams and product releases.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business and delivery teams.

What you'll bring

Customer Discovery & User Research
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred
Experience
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
Experience managing digital products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and product development lifecycle.
