Job Summary*

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager – CONSTRA to take ownership of CONSTRA. You will work with engineering, design, and business teams to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver useful product improvements.

Key

What you'll do

Own the CONSTRA product roadmap and priorities in collaboration with the CTO and leadership team.
Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to prioritisation, development, release, and continuous improvement.
Drive AI-enabled product features, including LLM-based agents for safety, defect detection, and project progress tracking.
Work on analytics, dashboards, and workflows that help construction teams monitor project status and quality.
Engage with site engineers, project managers, and customers to understand on-site challenges and improve product usability.
Write product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering and design teams during development.
Support sprint planning, review product builds, prioritise bugs, and help deliver releases on time.
Work with sales and business teams on product launches, go-to-market activities, and customer feedback.
Track product adoption, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Interact with customers for smooth rollout of product features.
Requirements*
1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, ConstructionTech, PropTech, or technology-driven products.

What you'll bring

Exposure to AI-enabled products, construction technology, GIS, BIM, drone analytics, or visual analytics.
Familiarity with mobile apps for field teams or offline environments.
Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog, or Amplitude.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or a related field.
