About the role

What you'll do

• We are looking for a *Product Manager cum Training Manager* who can coordinate software product development while also managing day-to-day academy and training operations. The role requires strong planning, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Product Management*
• Understand and coordinate the development of *ERP, CRM, websites, and software products*.
• Plan projects, divide tasks among developers, and monitor work progress.
• Conduct regular discussions with the development team and collect feedback on project requirements and challenges.
• Track deadlines, priorities, and product improvements.
• Manage and guide *development interns* and monitor their assigned tasks.
• Training & Academy Management*
• Coordinate academy operations, batch schedules, classes, and training activities.
• Monitor *trainer performance, class quality, attendance, and schedules*.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Collect feedback from students and trainers and share improvement points with management.
