Product Manager - Domestic Market

About the role

What you'll do

• Own P&L and annual brand plans, forecasts and marketing budgets for the portfolio.
• Identify market gaps and lead new product launches end-to-end (branding, pricing, regulatory, launch).
• Track sales, IQVIA trends and competition to achieve 100% of target; share monthly insights.
• Rationalize and rejuvenate the portfolio (phase-out, re-launch, line extensions).
• 2. Promotion & Doctor Engagement:
• Create compliant, high-impact promotional inputs (VAs, LBLs, literature, digital creatives).
• Plan CMEs, RTMs and KOL activities; build strong doctor relationships.
• 3. Field Force Enablement:
• Do at least 1 week of field work per month with ABMs/MRs.
• Train the field force on products, therapy and strategy; run joint campaigns with sales.
• 4. ROI, Compliance & Coordination:
• Track ROI of every marketing activity and optimize spends.
