• Product Strategy & Execution
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to understand PDIO strategy and drive execution within agreed priorities.
• Convert the PDIO vision into well-defined product outcomes, roadmap priorities, and quantifiable opportunities.
• Develop a solid grasp of the developer journey, engineering workflows, SDLC methods, and challenges faced by product delivery teams.
• Ensure relationships and dependencies across developer platforms, engineering methods, tooling, data, and delivery processes are understood and reflected in product decisions.
• Integrate developer, engineering, product, and collaborator insights to build a shared understanding of the highest-value problems to solve.
• Product Discovery & Developer Experience
• Recognize and assess opportunities to advance Developer Experience (DX), engineering productivity, software delivery flow, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with engineers, delivery managers, product managers, and other collaborators to understand workflow friction and determine root causes.
• Develop hypotheses and collaborate with engineering teams on experiments and solutions.
• Use quantitative DX signals alongside qualitative team feedback to distinguish symptoms from meaningful problems worth solving.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA).
• Total Experience: 8-10 Years with more than 3 years of background in Product Management, technical product management, software ecosystems, engineering efficiency, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery skills.
• Strong collaborator management and communication skills, particularly when working across technical, product development, and engineering teams.
• Ability to convert complex technical concepts and engineering data into clear product opportunities, priorities, outcomes, and value.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a committed, ownership approach.
• High agency and initiative: ability to translate agreed strategy and direction into action, proactively advance progress, and take ownership of outcomes without close supervision or daily prompting.

Nice to have

• Product Management experience working with Developer Platforms, Developer Experience (DX), Engineering Productivity, Platform Engineering, or similar technical products.
• Deep knowledge of Developer Experience concepts and DORA metrics, combined with the skill to convert engineering indicators into product insights and possibilities for improvement.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC governance sufficient to product-manage capabilities across the engineering lifecycle.
• Experience using ServiceNow in the context of Agile delivery, process improvements, and incident management.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and experience interpreting data to guide product decisions, prioritization, and evaluation.
