What you'll do

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered products and workflows at Razorpay. As an AI PM in the Central AI team
, you’ll find high-leverage problems across razorpay and take them from 0 → 1 → adoption
. You’ll own the entire journey — understand the problem, shape the solution, prototype it, build it, ship it, and drive impact.
This isn’t a traditional PM role. You won’t just write specs and hand them off. You’ll build.
You’ll use AI-native tools, agents, APIs, automations and internal systems to make teams dramatically more productive — and make things possible that weren’t possible before.
Find high-impact problems across Razorpay where AI can create step-change impact
Work with leadership and teams to identify, prioritise and drive AI initiatives.
Own products end-to-end — discovery → solutioning → building → shipping → adoption → impact
Rapidly prototype and build using Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable
and similar tools.
Build AI agents and workflows
that reason, use tools, make decisions and take actions.

What you'll bring

2+ years
of experience building products — as a PM or an engineering (or in combination)
You’re AI-native
. Cursor / Claude Code isn’t a novelty — it’s part of how you build.
You can go from problem → prototype → working product
without waiting for a detailed spec.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompting, agents, tool calling, RAG, APIs, MCPs and evaluations
Comfortable reading and writing code, debugging, working with APIs and moving across the stack.
Strong product sense — you ask “why?” before “how?”
You’ve shipped products and care deeply about adoption and outcomes
