What you'll do

• As the world's number 1 job site, our mission is to help people get jobs. You will work on Indeed Apply, one of the highest-volume consumer workflows on the internet, used by millions of job seekers and employers around the world. You will shape how job seekers move through the application experience and how new employer requirements are met, partnering with Engineering, Design, and UX Research to bring products to market and create global impact.
• As a Product Manager II for Indeed Apply, you will be the recognized owner of a full product area within the application experience, accountable for its outcomes end to end. You will not only run the product as it works today, you will shape where it goes next: setting medium-term direction, making clear trade-offs between employer needs and job seeker effort, and holding application conversion as the constraint on what ships.
• Partner with engineering teams and other interested parties to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to broader business objectives.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap direction, priorities, and tradeoffs to leadership, collaborators, and interested parties to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
• Be the face of the customer internally, advocating for and representing customer needs, opportunities, and product requirements while balancing business and technical considerations.
• Identify, define, and monitor product goals, success metrics, and long-term outcomes to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Drive product discovery and execution by leveraging experimentation, data insights, and customer feedback to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Partner across teams to influence product direction, navigate ambiguity, and support delivery across interconnected initiatives.
• Provide clear written and verbal updates on roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes to leadership and collaborators.
• Skills/Competencies
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan, and deliver products and features across complex problem spaces.
