Define product requirements, write specs, and manage the roadmap
Work with designers to create user-friendly UI/UX flows
Coordinate with developers and QA to deliver high-quality builds
Understand customer needs through data, feedback, and direct interactions
Monitor product performance using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, etc.
Prioritize features based on user pain points and business goals
