About the role

What you'll do

• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Drive product lifecycle management, new product launches and portfolio growth.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight studies.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, marketing budgets and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop brand presentations, business reviews and strategic marketing initiatives.

What you'll bring

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare product/brand management.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, product launches and marketing strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Graduate in a relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management preferred.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore Head Office.
