What you'll do

Own and drive product roadmaps for multiple products within the Medha portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and business goals.
Translate high-level business objectives into clearly defined epics, user stories, and prioritised backlogs.
Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning cycles in collaboration with Leadership, balancing strategic bets with near-term delivery commitments.
Continuously evaluate and re-prioritise the roadmap based on user feedback, competitive signals, and data insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Leadership to understand strategic intent and cascade it into product direction.
Work hand-in-hand with the Design team to drive user research, define experience requirements, and review design artefacts.
Collaborate with Engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver features on time with high quality — participating in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Engage with the Quality team to define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure post-release stability.
User Training & Query Resolution
Lead user onboarding and training sessions for new product releases, ensuring clinical and operational users are confident and proficient.
Create and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, and training guides tailored to varied user personas (clinical, operational, administrative).
