Job Summary: Join our visionary team as Product Manager, driving innovation and growth for the Direct-to-Consumer business of Nat Habit. You will be responsible for product management roles for website, app as well as internal tools.

What you'll do

Platform Optimization:
Lead the enhancement and optimization of the website/app for an improved user experience and subsequently conversions.
Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.
Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.
Product Planning:
Develop and communicate a product roadmap to drive revenue through CRO, improving retention and AOV.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to make inform strategic decisions.
Build new consumer engagement features leveraging content/community aspects.
Leverage AI to build internal tools to drive operational efficiency, scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, finance and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.
Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
