Product Manager

What you will do

Lead product/portfolio management for India and the Middle East, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, cost competitiveness, quality and delivery.

Manage the full product lifecycle, from market opportunity and product strategy through launch and ongoing portfolio performance.

Conduct market assessment, customer research and competitive analysis, including segmentation, market sizing, channel mapping and Voice of Customer.

Develop clear value propositions, competitive positioning and regional pricing strategies.

Build and contribute to the 3-year product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends and regional requirements.

Develop product requirements and business cases for new products.

Lead/support new product introductions, including pricing, marketing campaigns, sales tools, channel programs and launch plans.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, New Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain and global product teams.

Develop strategies to grow through industrial distribution, direct, e-commerce and other channels.

Work with global and regional teams to achieve key business targets for revenue, margin and new-product growth.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably
