Product Manager – OpenShift

About the role

What you'll do

• Looking for an experienced Product Manager – OpenShift to own the strategy, roadmap, backlog and evolution of an established enterprise OpenShift platform.

What you'll bring

• Strong Product Management experience for OpenShift / internal infrastructure / developer platforms.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Red Hat OpenShift and its ecosystem.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritisation & product discovery.
• Experience managing established platforms, including capacity, reliability, security, technical debt and sustainability.
• Strong understanding of containers, cloud-native technologies, pod management, networking and platform operations.
• Experience with on-premises cloud/platform environments.
• Define and manage KPIs, SLAs, SLOs & SLIs.
• Drive platform capability adoption and enhancements.
• Work closely with Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security and Product teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Engineering/technical background preferred; OpenShift/Red Hat certification is advantageous.
