About the Role*

We are looking for a *Product Manager* to drive the evolution of an *AI-enabled enterprise monitoring and analytics platform* used for condition-based monitoring and asset performance management of critical electrical assets.

This role sits at the intersection of *customer needs, engineering execution, and AI-driven insights*. You will own product requirements end-to-end, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that complex technical capabilities are delivered as *clear, reliable, and high-value customer outcomes*.

What You’ll Do*

What you'll do

Own and manage *product requirements and backlog* for core platform and analytics features
Translate customer and business needs into *clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities*
Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Scrum teams to drive *Agile delivery*
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape features related to *monitoring, analytics, and AI-driven insights*
Ensure product behaviour is *predictable, explainable, and testable*, especially for data-driven features
Support release planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement
Partner with documentation and business teams to ensure product clarity and adoption
What We’re Looking For*
4+ years of experience as a *Product Manager* (enterprise / B2B software preferred)
Strong experience working in *Agile / Scrum environments*
Ability to work comfortably with *technical and cross-functional teams*
Hands-on experience defining *user stories and acceptance criteria*
