What you'll do

• Achieve market share and business objectives for the assigned brands.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth.
• Enhance the prescription base and expand the prescriber network.
• Align brand strategies with the division's medium- and long-term business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand execution.
