Product Manager - Product Development

About the role

What you'll do

• We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager with strong experience in Cross-Border Payments, International Payments, or Global Fintech. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end product execution and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric international payment solutions.
• Own and drive the product roadmap for Cross-Border and International Payment solutions, aligned with business and company objectives
• Translate product vision into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes
• Drive complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies, regulations, and trade-offs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Business teams
• Build and enhance payment solutions for international money movement, cross-border collections, payouts, and settlements
• Ensure products remain compliant with RBI, FEMA, FX regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and applicable international payment standards
• Work closely with banking partners, payment networks, FX partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Identify problems, break down ambiguity, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
• Understand customer and business requirements related to multi-currency payments, FX conversion, international settlements, and reconciliation
