Product Manager- Retention

What you'll do

• Define and execute lifecycle retention strategy across customer journey stages
• Map drop-offs in the preventive health journey and design interventions to reduce churn.
• Own key retention metrics including repeat rate, conversion rate, renewal %, and LTV.
• Work with product and tech teams to build automated retention journeys using CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Design and implement smart nudges based on health reports, risk scores, and behavioral triggers.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives including family packages and subscription programs.
• Run cohort analysis and A/B experiments to optimize engagement and renewals.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, and call center teams to ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track retention performance.
