• Description
• The role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical brands, including market analysis, product positioning, and launch planning. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, digital transformation, and other teams to develop product strategies, promotional plans, and evidence-based messaging aligned with company objectives.

• Supporting field teams with necessary documents and tools

What you'll bring

• B.Pharm is preferred. An MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management / Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience as a Medical Representative / ABM or in a similar field role.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Product Management Team (PMT) / pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Overall experience of approximately 9–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Candidates demonstrating career stability, preferably with at least 3 years in an organization, will be given preference.
• Desired
• Candidates with experience in specialized therapy areas such as Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Physician-focused segments will be preferred.
• Strong experience in product management, brand management, market analysis, product positioning, and promotional strategy.
• Ability to understand market trends, competitor activity, prescription behaviour, and customer insights to support brand strategy.
• Experience in developing promotional materials, campaigns, training inputs, and field-force communication.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
