Product Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, for digital products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and priorities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Drive product launches, including coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful releases.
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and enhance user experience.
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a total work experience of 6 years or more.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2C digital products from conception to launch.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for technology and digital innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital media industries.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
