Product Manager

About the role

What you'll do

• We are looking for an experienced
• Product Manager
• to join our team and drive the development and growth of our fintech and payment products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Drive products and features related to
• Global Payments and Subscription Management
• Gather customer, merchant, and business requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Prepare and maintain
• PRDs, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver products effectively.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, feasibility, and strategic priorities.

What you'll bring

• 4–5 years of overall Product Management experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in the FinTech industry
• . Hands-on experience in
• Subscription Management and Global Payments is mandatory
• The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Business, Operations, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage the product roadmap, and deliver scalable and customer-focused payment solutions.
• 4–5 years of total Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in the FinTech industry.
• Hands-on experience in
• Subscription Management / Recurring Billing
• Global Payments / Cross-Border Payments
• Strong understanding of payment processing and fintech product ecosystems.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with
• Merchant of Record (MoR)
• platforms.
• Experience with payment gateways, payment orchestration, checkout, or payment APIs.
• Exposure to international settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of payment compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or API-based products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
