We are looking for a Product Manager to manage and enhance UPI and BBPS (Bharat Connect) journeys, drive product execution, and improve onboarding, transaction success, and customer experience. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, design, analytics, operations, compliance, and banking partners to deliver seamless, reliable, and compliant payment experiences.
1. Product Management Delivery
Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Manage product backlogs, JIRA, sprint planning, UAT, releases, and post-release monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and resolve production issues.

2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product execution, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
Working knowledge of UPI, BBPS/Bharat Connect, payment flows, and customer onboarding journeys.
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and/or GA4, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and conversion metrics.
Familiarity with JIRA, Agile methodologies, PRDs, user stories, and UAT.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API testing, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Basic SQL/BigQuery, Power BI or similar tools; exposure to Android/iOS applications, PSP banks, TPAPs, biller aggregators, reconciliation, refunds, and transaction monitoring.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Onboarding, UPI activation, and first-transaction conversion.
UPI and BBPS transaction success rates.
Device-binding, bank-linking, and bill-fetch success rates.
Reduction in transaction failures, technical declines, and funnel drop-offs.
Feature adoption, repeat transactions, and customer experience.
Timely delivery of product enhancements and resolution of production issues.
