About the role

About the role*

You'll turn department pain points and ideas into plans for AI or engineers. You can take an idea or problem, research it, scope it, and, if needed, work through details with engineers.

You build a lot yourself: agents, workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and lightweight integrations. When something needs the engineering team, you write a clear spec for our head engineer and stay accountable for the outcome.
