We’re Hiring | Product Manager

xpat.money (formerly Remit2Any) is a fast-growing fintech building a digital financial platform for NRIs, starting with cross-border payments and expanding into investments, savings, and other financial products.

Position: Product Manager

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Bengaluru | Work from Office

Budget: Up to ₹15 LPA

What you'll do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution
  • Convert customer needs and business goals into product features
  • Create PRDs, user stories, and product requirements
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Analyse product metrics, funnels, user behaviour, and customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, activation, and growth

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or consumer products is preferred
  • Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-first mindset and strong ownership
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
