About the role

What you'll do

• The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. You will develop and manage product development plans, represent your feature area within a cross-functional team, and drive solutions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of customer pain points. You will also prioritize customer issues and defects, support timely resolution, and demonstrate product progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Own one or more product features and drive product execution from concept through delivery.
• Develop and maintain product development plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
• Represent assigned features within cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights.
• Support timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively.
• Lead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
