What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Product Owner & Project Manager with hands-on experience managing AI-driven projects to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing the complete lifecycle of software and AI projects, from requirement gathering and product planning to development, testing, deployment, and delivery. This role requires strong product ownership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML engineers, software developers, and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate should be comfortable navigating complex project constraints, managing evolving requirements, and driving AI initiatives from concept to production while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.
Product Ownership & AI Product Management
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define product vision, objectives, requirements, and success criteria for software and AI-powered solutions.
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and project priorities.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and product roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into products and business workflows to improve efficiency, automation, decision-making, and user experience.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers and developers to define requirements for AI features, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, conversational AI, generative AI, and other relevant use cases.
Define measurable outcomes and success metrics for AI features, considering business impact, model performance, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Gather user feedback and coordinate continuous product improvements based on usage insights, stakeholder input, and performance results.
