Overview
The Product Owner – Knowledge Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and advancement of the supply chain capabilities that enable our digital transformation. They will lead design, testing and implementation with Supply Chain teams and leverage close partnership with D&T, Finance, and 3rd parties. The role will also work across Supply Chain pillar teams and current transformation efforts to coordinate capability development and knowledge advancement. Focus areas include integration of ai capabilities, visibility tools, automation & workflow tools, smart alerts, advanced analytics and support for key initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Foundations
The Product Owner – Knowledge Management plays a central role in the continued evolution of our SC Digital Literacy and Learning model by optimizing performance and identifying opportunities for value creation, while expanding the scope to our Finance, teams and SC Governance workstreams. The shift
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain.
- 12+ years of related experience in Supply chain, Business and Digital transformation projects, Product ownership
- Proven project management skills
- Experience working with third parties and global partners
- Supply Chain knowledge with experience partnering with D&T organization
- Successful change management background
- Skills & Abilities
- Experience working with third parties and global partners.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive change
