What you'll do

• We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Product Owner (TPO) to join our expanding Product Management team. This is a critical role in the agile delivery of complex, enterprise-grade compliance solutions. You will act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering - owning the product backlog and driving the delivery of features that align with business outcomes and user needs. You will be involved in everything from requirements gathering and story writing to solution design and customer documentation.
• Backlog Ownership: Manage the product backlog for one or more functional areas, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to define and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• User Story Development: Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria suitable for 2-week sprint delivery.
• Design Validation: Work closely with the Design team to ensure stories meet user expectations and support intuitive user experiences.
• Technical Collaboration: Participate in grooming sessions and support task breakdowns and estimations with engineering.
• Solution Prototyping: Contribute to the ideation and prototyping of new features and enhancements.
• Release Communication: Own the creation of release notes and other external documentation for customer-facing product updates.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between Product Management, Engineering, and Design to drive alignment and execution.

What you'll bring

• Essential
• 8-12 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles in large global, multinational SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Proven success delivering products built on Java, data-driven architectures, and APIs.
• Experience delivering or supporting AI/ML-powered features, such as intelligent alerts, predictive analytics, or NLP-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI-enhanced user experiences, and ability to write product requirements that align AI capabilities with business value.
• Demonstrated success working in product-driven SaaS environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in writing clear, testable user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Skilled in wireframing, data modeling (ERDs), SQL, and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Effective in both independent work and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced, agile environments.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
