Product Owner: Markets Repo and Securities Lending Platform (VP)

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Product Owner (individual contributor) for the build of a new Repo and Securities Lending trading platform, including collateral optimization and allocation capabilities. The role will be responsible for shaping and delivering the product roadmap, tracking delivery schedules, timelines and derailers, and highlighting potential scope creep, bottlenecks and challenges to stakeholders. The individual is expected to independently manage and execute end-to-end delivery, partnering closely with Repo and Securities Lending trading, middle office, operations, collateral, risk, finance and technology stakeholders. The candidate will lead product change through the Agile delivery lifecycle, run respective scrums, and actively participate in global team discussions, projects and process enhancement plans. In this role, you will: Own the product roadmap and execution for the new Repo and Securities Lending trading platform, with particular focus on collateral optimization, collateral allocation, inventory management and inventory utilization. Translate front office and middle office needs into clear target-state capabilities, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery priorities.
