What you'll do

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in line with business objectives.
Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify product opportunities.
Gather and analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Prioritise product backlogs based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Work with technology teams to ensure product functionality, usability, scalability, and performance meet expectations.
Track product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and relevant business or product analytics.
Coordinate release planning, product launches, stakeholder communication, and post-launch improvements.
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance insights to business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience working on digital products, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.
Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer experience, and product usability.
Familiarity with product analytics, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience coordinating product launches, feature enhancements, and product adoption initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
