Senior Manager -Digital Product Management

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead product development for our Token Services solutions in India. This role will be pivotal in driving the delivery of localized token capabilities that meet RBI regulatory requirements, while enabling secure and scalable payment experiences across our network.

8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and managing scrum teams.

Familiarity with RBI regulations, data localization frameworks, and tokenization technologies.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products in a matrixed environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
