Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

What you'll do

Lead and manage cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across business teams.
Drive execution excellence by ensuring projects are delivered within timelines and business objectives are met.
Collaborate with client delivery, product, business, and leadership teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies while proactively driving resolutions.
Develop scalable workflows and operational frameworks to support business growth.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Support leadership on high-impact initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
Create structured documentation, reports, and execution plans for ongoing programs.

What you'll bring

4-5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Strategy, or related roles.
Prior experience working in startups or high-growth companies is strongly preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes.
High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
Experience in operations-heavy or tech-enabled businesses.
Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.
Exposure to SaaS, hospitality, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
