As our Senior Product Manager, you will be part of Dozee’s Product – Product Management team, owning

Product Strategy & Vision, User Research & Problem Discovery and Product Execution & Delivery. It is a

high-ownership role for someone who brings structure, quality and pace to everything they deliver, and

who wants to help save lives with Health AI.

What you'll do

Independently own product strategy for assigned products or modules, translating customer insights and business objectives into actionable roadmaps.
Independently lead customer discovery, validate hypotheses, identify unmet needs, and converts insights into prioritised product opportunities.
Manage end-to-end product releases, oversee dependencies, risks, timelines, and ensure successful product launches and iterations.
Make product decisions using quantitative metrics, experimentation, customer behaviour, and business performance insights.
Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities while solving complex product challenges and identifying new opportunities.
Manage prioritisation across multiple product initiatives, balancing customer needs, engineering capacity, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes.
Ensure compliance to and own the design and development SOPs.
Ensure highest quality standards and seamless customer experience.

What you'll bring

10+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Anticipate customer challenges, identify unmet needs, and consistently advocates for customer value in product decisions.
Navigate competing stakeholder priorities, facilitate complex discussions, and build alignment around product decisions.
Independently evaluate complex product challenges, assess trade-offs, and make decisions balancing customer, technical, and business considerations.
Demonstrate end-to-end accountability for product outcomes, release quality, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of product objectives.
Mentor junior product team members, drive collaborative execution, and promote continuous learning and improvement within the product team.
Role Expectations
Lead complex deliverables or projects end-to-end and set the quality bar for the area.
Translate team goals into clear plans and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
