Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, developing product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective product solutions.

What you'll do

Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on business priorities and customer needs.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
Communicate product roadmaps, updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and improved user experience.
Required Skills and

What you'll bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
Experience in requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, and writing user stories.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work the night shift and from the office in Mohali.
Experience working with IT products, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven solutions.
Exposure to product analytics, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience managing multiple priorities and aligning product initiatives with business goals.
