Our teams are certified in revenue cycle best practices and are supporting end-to-end RCM operations. As a leading player in the industry, we offer an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration, where your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference.
  • The Opportunity:
  • Job Title: Product Manager
  • Location: Remote, India
  • Experience: 7–10 years
  • Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a modern, tech-forward Product Manager with good Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) exposure to join our product organization. This role goes beyond traditional functional product ownership. As a Product Manager in a technology-enabled organization, you are expected to deeply understand business problems and go the extra mile by leveraging technology, data, and AI-assisted tools to rapidly explore solutions, validate ideas, and accelerate delivery. Product Ownership is an inherent part of Product Management in this role. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of domain, technology, data, and execution, working closely with offshore engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Product Ownership & RCM Domain Expertise
  • Own product requirements end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and acceptance.
  • Demonstrate strong exposure to end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) practices, workflows, terminology, and industry standards.
  • Understand how clinical, operational, payer, and financial data interact across the revenue cycle.
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and customers to deeply understand business problems and desired outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Analyze and document complex business needs and translate them into features, epics, and user stories.
  • Create current-state and future-state process flows to support solution design.
  • Maintain and prioritize a forward-looking product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Present requirements during sprint planning and grooming; unblock engineering teams and act as a proxy Product Manager when required.
  • Work closely with offshore development teams to clarify requirements during offshore hours.
  • Participate actively in grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Perform feature acceptance and final review prior to production release.
  • Technical Alignment:
  • Demonstrate a strong working understanding of underlying technologies, system architectures, and data flows.
  • Work closely with engineering to understand feasibility, technical trade-offs, and implementation constraints.
  • Participate in early technical discussions and feasibility spikes to reduce ambiguity and rework.
  • Ensure functional requirements are aligned with non-functional needs such as performance, security, scalability, and reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology-enabled services or enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with .NET, SQL, and system architectures (hands-on coding not required).
  • Experience with Azure ADO, Aha!, Draw.io, Visio.
  • Practical use of AI tools for product discovery, analysis, or prototyping.
  • Product Management or Agile certifications
  • Why Choose Ensemble India?
  • People First, Last + Always
  • We believe in putting people at the heart of everything. Our culture is rooted in collaboration, growth and innovation—where your contributions are valued, your voice is heard and your potential is nurtured.
