📍 Pune

💼 Experience: 5–9 Years

💰 CTC: ₹25–35 LPA + Attractive ESOPs

Mealawe is looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own a consumer product end-to-end — from customer insights and competitive analysis to product experience, pricing, P&L, conversion, retention and growth.

This is not a coordination-only Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who has already independently owned a consumer-facing product or business line and is comfortable taking decisions that directly impact customers, revenue, profitability and growth.

What You Will Own

What you'll do

End-to-end ownership of Mealawe’s customer-facing digital product
Product strategy, roadmap and continuous product improvement
Product P&L, revenue, margins and unit economics
Pricing, offers, subscriptions and promotional strategy
Competitive analysis and market benchmarking
Customer research, feedback and behavioural analysis
Improving the complete customer purchase journey across mobile and web
Product discovery, selection, cart, checkout, payment, repeat purchase and retention
Identifying customer drop-offs across the purchase funnel and driving improvements
Conversion, AOV, repeat rate, retention and customer experience
Working closely with UI/UX and Design teams to build simple, intuitive and high-converting customer journeys
Coordinating closely with Performance Marketing and Growth teams on CAC, ROAS, conversion quality, customer cohorts and funnel performance
