Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner, to join our Digital Channel Platform team. This role is located in Pune

What you'll do

Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to team’s vision and OKRs
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones
Drive sprint execution in partnership with engineering and design teams
Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and reliability
Improve end-to-end user journeys (discovery, onboarding, usage, and support)
Drive enhancements across UI/UX, navigation, and developer experience
Identify opportunities to increase engagement and platform usage
Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams to align priorities
Ensure consistent messaging and experience across platforms
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
Work closely with engineering on platform capabilities (API onboarding, search, subscriptions, authentication)
Support integration with backend systems
